This is IT…!

Peace be upon you and Good Day to my beloved Families and Friends.

Millions thanks for sparing your precious moment to read my postings…It is so sweet of you…x

Alright…With this little time slot, I would like to seek your forgiveness if I have done wrong to you in any form. Do accept my endeavours and to lawfully my eating and drinking. To whom who is following my posts, probably have already known what is all about.

I have been posting a lot about myself recently. To those who do not know, here is a little summary….

I am diagnosed with a “Tuberculum Sellae Meningioma” likely a Brain Tumour which I discovered early June this year. Even though people called it like that, the tumour actually is not inside the brain – Brain… but on mid line from the region of the tuberculum sellae and planum sphenoidale..just at the back of my both eyes

If you want to know more how, when, why and what it is …below are links of my journey of being a “Designnologista with the Thing inside my head“…

The D Day…

Please pray for me, as I will go through a Biopsy Surgery, next week on Tuesday,18 September 2012 at KPJ Damansara Specialist Centre. Wish for a fast recovery and hope everything will go smoothly with HIS will and bless..!

Updates will be via Facebook trough my husband on my wall status…Till then, love you always and will miss you all and most important…I will be back…;-)

Appreciate all your supports, prays and loves

God Bless !!!.

Freedomination vs Freedepartion …

Freedomination vs Freedepartion

I just shared my serene moments in Sekeping Serendah with my close friends, my Hotstaz in my recent post. I have to say it again, it was a great outing and I had great time there.

As we all know, that place is in the forest, out of civilizations and coverage, no phone lines, no internet and not even a cable Tele…so in other words, I was cut from networks for almost 24 hours. I cannot check my calls, my mails, my FB updates, my Twitter tweets etc.

Few hours after I left the place… on the way back home, I got my phone line’s signal back. Without thinking so long, I logged in my FB and Iwas stunned to see my notification’s numbers. Huge numbers though!! I wondered what they are all about!

I went through one by one and mostly they were about the Hostaz’s Escape into the Wood event…pictures uploads, the likes, comments da da da…I giggled reading it until I saw one notification that struck me!!! The sad news about my beloved teacher,…Pn. Nor Bibi.

Owh my dear Lord…She passed away yesterday…on the same day I was with my friends enjoying the great time in the woods and she left us !!! I was so so sad with the news…no words can explain how I feel at that time…I just burst into tears!!

Pn. Nor Bibi was so dear to me. She is my teacher …not just an ordinary teacher, a great warm hearted teacher in fact. To me, she is more like a mother and I even called he “Ibu”…*a mother in Bahasa. She taught me and my friend when I was sixteen – seventeen years old, in a boarding schools- MRSM – Mara Juniour Sience School in Kelantan.

We were still in contact after I graduated from that school. Last I met her was during our 20th PPTL’90 alumni gathering last 2 years ago. She looked calm and cheerful as usual and we never knew that she was not well.
I just got to know she diagnosed with cancer recently and always followed up her daily notes and status in FB and she even more close to me when she knew that I am not well too. She gave me courages, strengths and always shared with me her words of wisdom. She even prays for my fast recovery…and yes, I do the same for her too. Together, we were and we are soldering and battling with our own war. Even though we are not seeing each other, she is always in my heart!

The thing that really touched me was… I was not able to visit her in the hospital when I went back hometown, 3 days for Eid ul Fitr celebration, where the hospital was recently. Time was so short and just nice for visiting my family and my cousin’s weeding.  3 days in paper but actual fact, it was only a day for me. Another 2 days was basically for travelling.

I know, she wanted to see me… me too in fact, but it was not meant to be. Forgive me my Lord, Forgive me Ibu…If only I wish I could turn back the time; I am surely will see you. But now, you have gone to a better place…in HIS good hands…I will keep praying for you and will always remember you. Thank you, Ibu for all your loves, thoughts and guidance. I love you and I will continue the battle and will never stop. May you Rest in Peace…Al Fateeha!

This is for you, Ibu…

Escape into the Woods…

Happy 55th Merdeka Day Malaysia !!!

Tanggal 31, bulan Lapan, 57….

31st August 2012

It’s 55th years Independence Day Celebration of my peaceful and beautiful mother country, Malaysia.  Despite of hoo haas and propas here and there due to election fever, which is coming soon…Lets forget politics, screw the status… We gather, We are truly one !!!

Yes ! We are…my Hotstaz, that’s what I called my dearest close friends, which they are like family to me. It has been a while we have not hook up like we used to…kind of missing our good old time though. I guess commitments and such make us pretty tied up and not so free for a sweet rendezvous…;-)

Finally, we chose Merdeka *Independence Day holiday break to gather and catch up again. After few discussions since early 2012, we agreed to something – to have a nite-out gathering in the woods during Merdeka *Independence Day cum Hari Raya *Eid ul Fitr Celebration week, which falls on 31st August. And there you go…all the booking, planning and arrangements started since February this year!!! That’s how early we have plan!!

The day has come. It was a bright morning with beautiful sun rays. All were packed, geared up and ready to enjoy the serenity of the nature. We are going in to the wood, people…far far away from all the city’s madness and civilisations – Sekeping Serendah, a private retreat place located in Rawang’s tropical rainforest, which is about one hour drive from Kuala Lumpur.

This amazing place has 7 sheds set within 5 acres forest and the most favourite shed is The Glass House, which we are going to be and stay for a night. Amazingly all sheds are nestled nicely, masked well with the surrounding that we can hardly see each shed even though they are pretty close to each other.

The Glass House…

I aware about this place and started to admire it since it start open to public last 6 years ago. What I like the most about this place is the beauty of the nature, the architecture and the landscape. It just happened that I know the architect who designs it and he is one of my mentors…Mr Ng Seksan., the man with nature.

We reached there around 2pm. The journey was quite an experience but after we saw the Glass House…That’s totally IT!!…Awesssooome!! I was so amazed with the shed. It is very transparent and so well ventilated. All materials used are sustainable and green…simple, hardwearing and easy to maintain…I feel fresh and it’s like back to nature…I LOVE IT !!!

We settled down, packed our stuff, looked around the house, took loads loads of pictures while waiting for my Hotstaz arrival. Around 6pm, we set up our BBQ pit and started the fire…

Almost all my Hotstaz turned up…I can hear they were like astonished with the place too…with the “Whooaaa…Ohhhh…WOW…Niceeee”…etc. They just love the place like I do. We huddled, we chatted, we laughed, we ate and we were even wrapped in all in white attire! Natural in Nature…just perfect! Adults gathered at the alfresco balcony near the food and fire, children were all up on the loft, having their kiddos momentous…everything went smoothly alright…!!

All White Hotstaz merdeka Raya…!

It was almost midnight. My guess slowly made a move …left the place in batches with the smile on their face. Goodnight and Goodbye…left few of us as the organizer to spend a night in the house. Exhausted but satisfied, clock strikes 2am and we finally called it a night!!

Threw myself on the huge bed, hide inside the suspended traditional mosquito net surrounded with all the sounds of nature…after a few blinks, I was in the lala land…;)

The loft with 2 huge bed and traditional mosquitoes net…

The morning after was pretty bliss…How I missed the freshness of the forest’s morning breeze…the morning dew’s zest… the song of the birds chirping…Gosh! I am so going to miss this place.

We had our simple breakfast and enjoyed the moment till it last. 12 noon we were all ready to check out…while walking to the car, I cannot stop thinking about the great moment we had last night and somehow I feel so touch when I learned part reasons of the gathering last night was to be with me before my Surgery Procedure soon…I am so Blessed !!!

Okay then,  Sekeping Serendah, Thank you for a beautiful momentous.

I will surely be back !!!
